Dead By Sunrise, de nieuwe band van Chester Beddington, brengt op 16 oktober a.s. hun debuutalbum Out Of Ashes uit. Chester Beddington kennen we als frontman van de succesvolle rockband Linkin Park.
Dead By Sunrise bestaat uit Chester Beddington (vocals), Ryan Shuck (gitaar), Amir Derakh (gitaar), Brandon Belsky (bas), Elias Anda (drums) en Anthony Vladic (keyboard). Het album werd opgenomen in Los Angeles en geproduceerd door Howard Benson (Motörhead, My Chemical Romance).
De nummers van het album Out Of Ashes zijn tot stand gekomen tijdens een rustige periode van Linkin Park, vlak voordat zij de studio ingingen om hun dubbel platina album Minutes To Midnight op te nemen. “I came up with a few songs that felt and sounded really good, but I knew they weren’t right stylistically for Linkin Park,” vertelt Bennington. “They were darker and moodier than anything I’d come up with for the band. So I decided to work on them on my own rather than turn them over and have them transformed into Linkin Park tracks.”
De eerste single van het album is Crawl Back In .
