Het nieuwe Lady Antebellum album Own The Night is op #1 binnengekomen in de Amerikaanse Album Top 200 van Billboard. Own The Night is het derde album van het trio uit Nashville dat afgelopen jaar vijf Grammy’s in de wacht wist te slepen. Ook in Canada voert Lady Antebellum de albumlijst aan.
De countrymuziek critici zijn lovend over Own The Night. Zo noemde de Washington Post het nieuwe album “their strongest effort to date” en de New York Times bombardeerde het tot “one of the most convincing albums of the year, a huge leap forward...”.
Op 1 oktober is Lady Antebellum te gast in Saturday Night Live en in 11 november start de Own The Night 2011 Tour in de Amerikaanse stad Knoxville.
